Terms of Use
Upon purchasing from us, users are deemed to have agreed to all Graphite Clothing Terms & Conditions stated.

Merchandise bought from Graphite’s Partner, please refer to their respective Terms of Use before making any purchase. Graphite will not be liable for any merchandise losses or defect bought from Partners. Users please seek assistance from respective Partners.

Graphite Clothing will not be liable for any merchandise bought from 3rd Party such as Pre-Loved Stores, our Policy will only be valid for merchandise bought directly from our web store or mobile purchase.

Photo Variation
Please take note that there may be slight colour variation in some of our online photo and the actual design due to light aperture. Graphite will select the best photo reference for every design to be placed online.

Clearance Item
All Clearance Item sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only default merchandises are allowed for exchange. In the event that the specific design is sold out, customer may choose to exchange other designs within the same price range. Additional charges are applicable if customers exchange for designs above the price range. All Sales Item cannot be combined with any other discount, promotions & coupon.

Promotional/Discount Coupon
Graphite Clothing accept only one Promotional/Discount Coupon per purchase. Customer must enter the coupon code upon checking out and users are responsible to ensure the final amount payable is correct. Upon payment, there will be no further deduction made to the final amount.

Please take note that any vouchers or promotional/discount coupons are not exchangeable for cash and unused balance will not be refunded. Graphite Clothing will not take responsibility for any lost voucher or promotional/discount coupon.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are subjected to promotions and location. “Free Delivery” promotions is only applicable to customers located within Singapore. To ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, Graphite Clothing will only use registered postage service.

Lost Mail Policy
All orders are mailed out via Singpost Registered Postage with parcel reference ID provided. Graphite Clothing will not be responsible in the event of a lost mail. Upon request, Graphite Clothing will provide all necessary assistant and file for delivery proof to ensure there is no foul play. If necessary, Graphite Clothing will file a police report to ensure the best interest of all parties.

Customer Information
To protect our user’s interest, Graphite Clothing will not disclosed any user information to any 3rd-parties. User contact information will be solely used for promotion & event updates. If users do not wished to receive such Promotional message, users can contact us via email or reply via message/whats app.

Modification of Terms
These Terms of Use will be modified from time to time. Users should therefore read though these Terms of Use before placing any order.

The Management of Graphite Clothing reserved the rights to make amendments to any of the policies stated above.
